This loan will fund construction of the 6,100 sq ft Brackenwood House which is set within a private five-acre woodland plot.
The bespoke facility was completed in five weeks for a seasoned architect with over 30 years’ experience in high-end residential and hospitality design.
The Brackenwood House project is the second phase of a wider vision to create a gated community of sustainable homes on the edge of Epping Forest.
This house is designed with a natural swimming pond, solar panels, rainwater harvesting system, air-source heat pumps, EV charging points and biodiversity enhancements including beehives.
